A professional and comprehensive repairs and alterations service is available through each of Saffron’s four shops. We will happily darn a moth-hole for you, replace a lost button, or take on more complex alterations such as shortening sleeves (including mitred cuffs) and taking in waistbands.

Our skilled seamstresses have a wealth of experience and a reputation amongst our customers for finding creative solutions so, if you need to conceal a tear in a skirt or you have bought a new dress that isn’t quite the perfect fit, then they will be able to help you. And if you are a busy mum with a child about to start school, then they will gladly help by sewing on name-tapes for you or shortening new uniform trousers.
